Step 1 – Create and Verify a CEX Account

  • Choose a centralized exchange (CEX) such as Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, or OKX.

  • Register and complete any required KYC verification.

  • Deposit fiat currency (USD, EUR, etc.) via bank transfer, card, or another supported method.

Step 2 – Buy USDC, USDT, ETH, or wBTC

  • On your chosen CEX, purchase one of the supported assets for Overtime:

    • USDC

    • USDT

    • ETH

  • These assets are supported when depositing on Overtime, but only from Optimism, Arbitrum or Base networks - Do NOT deposit to Ethereum mainnet!

Step 3 – Withdraw to Optimism (or Arbitrum/Base)

  • In the withdrawal or send crypto section of your CEX:

    1. Select the token you want to transfer (e.g. USDC).

    2. Network selection is critical: choose Optimism (or Arbitrum/Base if that’s the chain you plan to use). ⚠️ Important: Do NOT deposit to ETHEREUM MAINNET or your funds might be LOST!

ONLY OPTIMISM, ARBITRUM or BASE NETWORKS ARE SUPPORTED FOR DEPOSITS!

    3. Enter your Overtime Account deposit address, copied from the button you see on the image below.

  1. Double-check the chain selected from the Exchange: Do not select Ethereum Mainnet (ERC20) when withdrawing.

  2. Confirm and complete the withdrawal.

Step 4 – Use Your Funds on Overtime

  • Once the transaction confirms (usually under 5 minutes on Optimism), your funds will appear in your Overtime Account!

  • Go to OvertimeMarkets.xyz, connect your account, and start betting.

✅ That’s it! You’ve successfully moved funds from a CEX to Overtime on a supported L2 chain.
